I can't say enough about how professional, friendly & informative Lesandro (my salesman) was during my purchase of a 2024 Silverado 1500 Z71 Trail boss. Also Bill Sterling Finance Manager, who was very thorough in explaining all of the financing paperwork. We took in our GMC Denali duramax to get a service bulletin done on it. Truck went in in perfect condition. When we got the truck back it had blue paint off the lift and a dent on drivers side front fender. The service MGR said she was 100% sure it didn’t happen there as you can clearly tell the blue pair came off the lift. I am disappointed in the way it was handled. I haven’t used Riverton since I purchased our Pontiac Torrent in 2006 so I’ve forgotten how great your sales department is. Shayla went above and beyond to have everything ready for me to sign because I was coming in from Reno. She also worked very well with my grandson in choosing the truck he wanted. I’m looking forward to see well your service department is for follow up on maintenance.

Terrible customer service experience! 🤮 They completely low balled trade in value, way under KBB. Left no room for negotiation, didn’t provide e-price which requested from online. Complete waste of time! I do not recommend going to Riverton unless you want to get ripped off. 👎🏻👎🏻
Service sucks don't honor power train warranty way over priced on parts and labor quote you one price then change the price higher complete rip off on parts and on cars they sold us a lemmon it went out 36419 miles

They. Are a dishonest group of people, The pictures they sent me did not show several dents scratches & rust on the vehicle. The ac did not work & the salesman informed me that he hadn’t used on a 4hr Drive to deliver the truck.

I was given space to view vehicles by myself instead of being pressured and made uncomfortable with the salesman constantly over your shoulder. I’ve never had an experience where I was able to have my own space which was very nice.

The salesman and finance persons were great. The salesman had the two trucks I was interested in ready to view and came through with a great price. The finance man came up with an acceptable initial deal and then a few days later had followed up on a lower interest rate that had been pending. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I got a good deal.

I just bought a 2017 GMC, and the truck already started having problems a month into having it. Went and tried to get it serviced since we have "warranty" on almost everything and the people there gave us such a hard time about everything, attitudes sucked, their lack of hospitality, horrible and just the over all of trying to get anything fixed was a nightmare. Paperwork signed and you drive home and over two months later you discover that the dealership want the vehicle back. Now your out of a down payment because now the dealer wants mileage 30-.35 per mile for the usage of the vehicle minus from the down payment. You sell your only vehicle and left holding the bag . How can a local dealership make a serious mistake not good business practice. Don't be a Victim of false/misleading representation Don't recommend buying from this dealership. Shopping around for two 2016 vehicles. Got initial quotes from multiple dealers, including Riverton. They were not Best Price but decided to go back and give them a final chance, you know, buy local, right? As soon as the Sales Mgr saw the "other" quotes, he literally threw the paperwork back at me and said "you better go buy from them. They're not supposed to sell like that and if you get those prices I will give you 100 bucks". I hope he was serious about that because I do have solid quotes.

Contacted Riverton salesman regarding buying an SUV they had in stock. Described my trade in vehicle, sent vin # and pics. Made the half day drive to their dealer. Explained all of this in advance as my time was very limited.

I took my 2013 Escalade in for the free service per my new car sales agreement. Plan is for oil/filter change, tire rotation, lubrication, and fluids check. I marked the front tires with dots to follow the rotation. They rotated the fronts straight to the back which is wrong , they are supposed to cross to the rear, rears straight forward. There were NO traces of grease on any grease zerts (I have pictures for proof).The front & rear diffs fluid levels were NOT checked (I have picture proof) nor was the transfer case. They are the only game in town for GM products and service. Need to be compedative with outside dealers to retain local business. Service department is a mess meaning unclean and unorganized. Our local area is predominantly made up of miners who own HD pickups with diesels. They need to attrack the populace by having service specials geared towards the truck owner. They won't work with you to make a deal. Offer was insulting. Sales lady was not familiar with vehicle, couldn't answer questions. Went somewhere else and got the deal I was looking for.
